SMC WSKP100

It is finally 2025.
It also has been a while since i have ventured into a flea market, but during one of those latest visits i stumbled upon this cute little trinket. Completely unaware of what was to come, i decided to snatch it and four or five more conventional GSM phones for the hefty price of 10 euros because i love weird stuff like that.
I believe nobody will be surprised to find out that this thing is basically useless nowadays as skype has changed the login protocol is dead, but i have found a cool little article about modding it to use SIP. Splendid news, i love SIP!
However, as it turns out for projects like these, some files go stale, and others completely disappear from the indexed web. In this case, the original firmware, which is apparently a hard requirement, is effectively gone. Damn it!
After a nontrivial amount of effort to track it down over google, baidu, even yandex, i found myself against the hard wall of the only place left to be archive.org and the sea of unindexed pages within.
Recently, with what i believe to be a stroke of luck of planetary proportions, i managed to spot a pretty suspicious set of links from an archive.org directory listing, of which one not only worked, but contained a firmware i could use! Glorious success!
After that whole misadventure, i then proceeded to do as follows:

Note that even if the paths are not correct in the .ini it will still work.
If you prefer overwriting the updater's files instead of removing them all, be sure you remove the original .raw images, as the updater will also try and flash those, leaving you with a trinket that only displays the sun.
Sure enough, now it works! Splendid!
